Luminous Creative Imaging handles cancellation fees when a project is cancelled while it has officially been approved in writing by the client and/or has already started. The cancellation fee of a project depends on the stage it is in and follow the following criteria:
- When the approved project has been cancelled 7 weekdays or less before it would officially start, the cancellation fee is 20% of the total sum.
- When the project has been cancelled while it has started but is is not yet finished, the cancellation fee equals the downpayment or 50% of the total sum, whichever is higher.
- When the project has been cancelled while it has started and is 75% done or more, the cancellation fee is 100% of the total sum.
A project is considered approved when Luminous Creative Imaging has received the approval verbally and/or in writing.
A project is considered started when the invoice of the downpayment for the project has been sent to the client and/or actual work has already been done according to the client's brief.
